Vegan Blueberry Plumcake 🫐

Ingredients:

240 ml of milk
1 organic lemon - the peel and the juice
150 g of sugar
300 g of spelled flour
8 g of baking powder
125 ml of olive oil
20 g of almonds
80 g of blueberries
50 g of blueberry extra jam

    Bake at 180 degrees for 55 minutes.
