For the shortcrust pastry:

  • 2 eggs
  • 80 g of cane sugar
  • 60 g of sunflower oil
  • 240 g of flour 0
  • 6 g of baking powder


For the stuffing:

  • 3 egg whites
  • 100 g of brown sugar
  • 200 g of almonds
  • 100 g of mandarin jam


We cook for 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 170° C if it is ventilated, or at 180° C if it is static.
