For the shortcrust pastry:

- 60 g of sunflower oil
- 240 g of flour 0
- 6 g of baking powder
For the stuffing:
- 3 egg whites
- 100 g of brown sugar
- 200 g of almonds
- 100 g of mandarin jam
We cook for 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 170° C if it is ventilated, or at 180° C if it is static.
